Commission for redace83 on FA of their Protogen character, Noisy.

Hoo boy, it was a long process for this one. To make sure I go the background right, I modeled it in 3DS Max, and then used Clip Studio Paint's ability to pull lineart from 3D models. Edited that a bit, then proceeded to do a lot of painting. For the space section, I watched some videos on how to paint (traditionally and digitally) outer space and that helped a lot. The interior of the ship was a combination of using the rendered lights as reference and a bit of my own tweaking. Lastly for Noisy, that was all from the noggin.

Overall, I'm happy with how this turned out. Though I'm not sure I'll be doing too many detailed backgrounds for commissions.
