i have an electus myself,it's a shame that he doesnt have much feathers (poor thing) but he screaches a lot and tlks to children becaus he likes their soft voices.
To be honest the best way to get him to talk is to just say whatever you want him to say over and over again so he'll pick it up and it helps using a soft gentle voice .
ps i knw what you mean by when u put music on ,crowky goes mental! won't stop talking when music is on or when i'm singing lol

wow i get that same innocent look from zohan when he does something wrong.but he doesn't talk yet.but when i put music on he makes noises.
im trying to teach him and still no luck.hehe

Hopefully you manage to teach him.
They don't seem to be big talkers, but it is definitely possible to get them to reply to certain stimulus (such as "What's a duck say?" "Quack,Quack?") and then generally talk some.

I don't mind.
He is amused making different noises, but used to talk more than he does (his breeder had been teaching him to talk more than we do).
He quacks, laughs, and immitates noises he hears a lot (such a a dog barking which is hilarious). He also says hello and what's up?.
He likes to toy with people and knows if he's done something wrong and acts innocent even when he knows people know, its amusing.
