Well I found a nice stock photo of a plain ol' eye (a pretty one but still very basic) and I added a few effects like gausian blur, massive color adjustments and a few others. I think it has come out pretty dang well to tell you the truth
Btw, the eyeshadow color and eyeliner has been added seperately! Not bad eh?
