Hahaha. Classic, right?Anyway, this was my Ingo cosutme at Ohayocon this year! I'd gotten a new wig since last time I wore it, so that it's actually the right color. I blunted the sideburns this time, too; I think it looks pretty good! ( this was the old wig, for the curious: [link] )
Other than that, everything is much the same. (I forgot my armband at home, though. S-sshhhh.) I has a really fun time! More people recognized me this time around too, haha. That made me super happy! I loved how excited people got. Ohayocon's great! \o/

I made it using a black leather coat as a base; the brown stripes are vinyl sewn onto the coat. The hat and collar is also vinyl, but stiffer so it keeps its shape. The grey edge is just grey bias tape!

May I ask where you bought your hat or how you made it? I'm planning on doing Ingo and Emmet with a friend soon and I haven't had any luck with the hat :/

I made the hat myself, from two hat patterns: one for the brim and one for the rest. It wasn't too difficult-- the hardest part was attaching the brim to the rest of the hat. Just make sure you have a material stiff enough to keep the hat shape!
I don't have the actual patterns on hand, I'm afraid. But I hope this helps a bit anyway!
