Description
The idea for this was 's.
I'm kinda running out of ideas for drawing right now, but that's kinda normal. For a while I'll be full of ideas and draw like constantly and then I use them all up. Then I go for a while with little to no drawing, then I start getting ideas again. At least that seems to be how it goes.
It's not very fun when you want to draw without having ideas, though.=/ The art challenge I'm taking definitely helps, but I'm almost done with it now. Four days to go.
Oh well I guess a lack of my own ideas is a good motivator for me to get onto finishing the three requests I've been procrastinating on.
Anyways, if anyone has ideas for me to draw, please do tell them to me. My favorite things to draw are AATC, dogs, and inspirational stuff.
What I don't draw: I don't draw violence, gore, or mature content in any form, so don't bother asking me.
Please note: ideas are not the same as requests. I may or may not draw out any ideas I'm given, but I'm obligated to finish requests unless it's something I could not in good conscience draw and/or something I'd really rather not draw.

On my last day of Algebra last year, I wrote this on the board, and teacher got a kick out of it.

Thanks
xD I'm going to write that on my next math page just to see how my mom will respond. I'm also going to actually solve the math problems, of course, otherwise I'd be in trouble.

When my mom saw it on my math page she just said, "Tiffany!!" in an amused sort of way. I asked her what she thought of it and she said she did think it was cute.

xD I wonder what my mom would do if I wrote that on my math page? LOL
She'd would probably find it hilarious as long as I actually solved the problems on my math page.

Yeah, I think it's called business math, but I've also been learning pre-algbra this year.
It's mostly tables I have to fill out, but here's a story problem:
"Wayne Dobson bought 45 shares of stock at 12 3/4. The brokerage fee was $72.50. What was the total cost of the stock?"
It's actually a little easier than most of what I've been doing this year (I just keep forgetting the steps XP), but I hate it just the same.

ok, see if you can figure it out
a) The selling price of a coat at Wallmart is $24.97. it is 20% off. What is the total price?
b) What is the total price including tax?

I've been doing some of that this year, too.
I came up with: $20.52
I'm not sure of the sales tax in Canada, but I went ahead and multiplied the answer from part A by 7%, which is as I remember the sales tax percentage in my area.
My mom says I can do math if I put my mind to it, I just need to start paying attention to what I'm doing so I won't make silly mistakes. I tend to hate anything with a lot of multiplying and dividing so I tend to try to rush through it.

sales tax here is 13%
Ill solve it my way too, if thats ok
a) The selling price of a coat at Wallmart is $24.97. it is 20% off. What is the total price?
.20 X 24.97 = 4.994 (rounded= 4.99)
$24.97 - $4.99 = 19.98
Therefore, the total price is $19.98
b) What is the total price including tax?
.13 X 19.98 = 2.5974 (rounded= 2.60)
19.98 + 2.60 = 22.58
therefor the total price is $22.58
yeah, its a habit to show my work XD

Ok
Showing your work is a good habit. My mom has to get onto me because I'll do as much in my head as I can and take as many shortcuts as I can...it's a bad habit that makes me forget the steps I'm supposed to learn, because the more complicated problems can't be solved with shortcuts, so I need to know the steps.
