The whole time working on this illustration- I had no idea what the hell I was doing (probably because I'm siiiick
)- so I can't tell if I like it XD ... oh well... maybe you will(I put it under traditional art- but since I sent it off to RISD- I thought... why not have some fun with it on photoshop- since I'm never going to see the dern thing again XD - yeah)

actually there are ways to get your artwork back from them. if you get accepted and decide to go then they have it on display at the risd museum and then they give it back to you at some point i think during your first year(?). if you get rejected or if you get accepted but decide not to go there are ways to contact them to ask for it back.

you're welcome. I got rejected so I just e-mailed admissions asking for my 3 pieces back (I included my full name and address in the e-mail.). I mean, there was a post on the discussion board on the risd admissions facebook page with someone asking this, and the person that runs the page said to send an e-mail to your admissions assistant. I don't remember who my admissions assistant is (and I didn't keep the e-mail from her, which i guess was a mistake), so i just sent a message to the general undergrad admissions e-mail.

RISD was nice!- I think I'll be going to Ringling though.... I was more impressed with their whole school atmosphere, faculty, student work, and competitive community feel
