Helmut Fritz (the one in the middle holding a parcel) is the pseudonym of a French singer who writes really funny songs and sings with a fake German accent.
His first song ("Ca m'énerve" - it pisses me off- go and youtube it, even the music vid is that awesome!) was a real hit in France.
I really love him and his texts are much more subtle than most people think they are.
This picture is a sort of summary of his first album. It's Helmut in Hell ('cause of all the snarky songs he wrote) queuing at the post office, surrounded by everything that pisses him off.
I really can't say more, I wish you could understand his lyrics, that picture would make much more sense to you
