Actually, in a Hyena Pack, it is perfectly acceptable for the Queen's cub to push around other, lower ranked hyenas.

I'm really liking the art and the plot of this comic so far

Though, I have two tiny critiques on your portrayal of hyenas on this page; hyenas live in clans, not packs, and being the clan matriarch's daughter does in fact give her the right to bully others -that's how hyena society works.
