Hotsprings are good for you. And yes, they can sometimes help people get over things like the flu, and colds. they're also good for healing scars I hear.... But Hidan apparently just comes here to bathe and get clean. *maybe once a week for him..., he's a kid still after all * I doubt that they have baths at that temple when Yugakure is just a mile away.... with thousands of hotspring baths.... and from Narutopedia I learned that Hidan's village got more like a tourist trap near the end, and that's why he killed all his neighbors and village, he got sick of it.

Yes. Hidan jumped in with his pants and underwear on. Kakuzu seems uncomfortable with the idea of soaked underwear....
