i have no ideasooo, i was challenged to draw one of my characters but as a cat!
i actually finished this days ago but wasnt sure if i wanted to post it since it's kind of messy and im not very good at drawing cats-
but uh yeah whatever, i made him a siamese cat cause he mostly resembles one! i'm not very good at drawing patterns even if they're as simple asΒ siamese cat's.. please forgive me furry gods im just a newbie <'3!!!
im kind of on a tony streak here- lets see how far it'll go huhuhu
if you have any tips let me know, i'd like to get better!
also he's apologizing for being ugly ahhahhahah jk i have no idea why

for a "newbie" you did pretty good - i would just suggest that instead of making the body become more slender at the cat's waist, the body should be more shaped like a pear or a thin triangle with a lot of curves. they look even stranger from a side view, and i'm assuming you're going for a kinda 3/4 view from the back so just a mixture of those two - i'm no cat anatomy genius though, just look at references and practice! [also the patterns look fine as well don't sweat it B)]
