Not gonna lie, I think this is best tutorial yet and I think I used the perfect image to do the tutorial on. I use this technique every time I color hair and Step 11 is especially helpful when I done like how the color turned out, just like what happened in this case

+ Steps 1-7 are done on the SAME layer
+ This process can be done on PS too. You can use whatever brushes you wish or whatever comes closer to the airbrush and the watercolor brush.
+ Luminosity layer (SAI) = Linear Dodge (Add) [PS]
