I tried to stray as much as I could from the background reference but I am not sure if I did given the fact that I am bad at backgrounds.It is supposed to be Firestar musing over Tigerstar's death from Scourge. Just a nice little warm-up to burn off some muse. I am intend to eventually finish "Hero of Our Time" I am just having issues deciding what coloring style I want to use.

even if you didn't stray very far from the reference (I don't know what reference you used) this background is still amazing! though the cats kinda look like they were pasted on top of the background instead of actually being on the ground. but overall this piece is very pretty <3

Yeah I had a lot of issues with it. I should have added more grass and motion, but it was more of a bit to try and get back into drawing than anything else.
