Description
The first drawing of a canon character in a long time! Phew. I like how this turned out.Talons of Power was really good, if you haven't read it yet, you "turtally" should! (that pun is a sin, oh gorsh)

Because I'm poor, and all the libraries around here are in French (I read the other books via the library, before I moved to France) I'll probably end up using it though, since my grandparents gave me a $30 gift card for Amazon

Aside from the language barrier, it's not too different from the US and Canada. Except everything closes at lunchtime for two hours, and it takes awhile to get stuff done, being transferred to so many different offices to get one thing done. School also runs from about 8 am to about 5 pm (17:00), so I don't have a lot of time. But the food here is delicious.

Well it makes sense that Anemone could give him his powers back. He gave her magic, and I thought that was impossible. Basically he changed her DNA giving her animus magic and stuff.
God Darkstalker. I guess it isn't his soul that's the problem. It's the mind. Ugh. Now Dark is turning into a megalomaniac (kinda)

I was wondering what Turtle meant by how Darkstalker was a liar on how it wasn't possible to make another dragon an animus, then that part of the book came along and it was one of the biggest "Ohhhhhh THAT'S how!" moments. I would've never guessed it! Plus that answers an old question of mine on how there were no animuses in the SeaWing tribe for such a long time and then there were TWO of them in the same generation. I wonder if making her animus made her scales a weird colour too, or if weird colouring in SeaWings doesn't actually depend on whether their animus or not (Albatross was oddly coloured for a SeaWing and he was animus, same with Anemone's pink scales).
Darky probably hatched with a few problems, after all, he did consider helping Whiteout out of her egg, but decided not to so that he could have his own special moment all to himself.

Yeah, that's a good question. But there ARE only two heirs. Her daughter, Snowfall, and her niece, Icicle. But one is 6, a few months away from being seven while the other is five. I feel like the IceWing succession is in order, or they'll have to fight each other to the death.

She is. She's dead last, if I remember, below any and every hatchling. I bet there would. Snowfall is in first place now, since I'm guessing that Hailstorm is probably either in the adult ranks or still in first for the dragonet one.
