From project 2 of my Art class this year. No I didn't get to draw this from a real robot...sigh...but from a book instead. I spent ages on this one too! ummm probably 5-10 hours or more. Drawn with 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6 Artline pens.Related content

4-5 hours actually seems pretty fast to me. If I tried to do that it would probably take more like 10 or 15. Fantastic work. I love robots.

yes! thats the one! OMG. I just saw it in a Sci-fi technology book and badly photocopied it and drew that, so there wasn't any colour. Yeah...now that I think about it it probably took longer than 5 hours. lol. thanks for the comment!

Very nice, though I kinda guessed that it wasn't from real life 
hats off to you though drawing things or sculpting stuff from memory or imagination I have always found way harder than an image or still life.

thanks man! yeah i find both fairly the same, maybe drawing things from life is slightly easier though, cause you don't have to make the lights and shadows up.

This is so fuckin cool, it's so detailed and the shading is awesome. I would need a lot of references to do that. Definitely scan that puppy and get a better version up.
