So this is the superesque transformation (My OC's don't transform using chaos emeralds, they live in their own universe, separate from Sonic's. It's more like DBZ where they can transform at will, but the transformation slowly drains their strength) for my OC

Uta Tori
Once she's transformed, she is able to channel the power of everyone's hopes and dreams into her megaphone, and fire them as beams (because animoo).
Anyway, her Dream Form's design is based slightly on more western styled performer outfits, as apposed to her normal form, which is closer to the style of Japanese idol girls, because as we all know western ideals are superior in every way to- *shot*
