Description
This is for a contest (which hopefully I can get this in in time considering the deadline is tonight) about Muses influencing imagination. I kinda rushed it, knowing I may never get back to it, and am not wholly satisfied, but I still enjoy the very familiar figures.

This image has a bit of a back story so I wanted to elaborate on the description some more. I based my drawing on my younger siblings and I from when we were little and played outside together all the time. Each of the characters is similar to ones that we were when we played, I the typically treacherous cloaked figure, my sister the elf who took care of the unicorns, and my brothers were always some form of warrior, even though from what I remember the younger kind of copied the older. At least, this was one of our stories. So after I decided to participate and sat brainstorming, I thought: What better way to capture the concept of imagination and inspiration on paper than to make it personal? And the only way to make it personal was to include the ones who helped my imagination bloom as fully as it has.
