I took the camera out to Lake Seminole Park and got some nice shots with my Tokina 400mm lens. I still need more practice with it, and having a tripod with me will definitely help. I think my Canon 55-250mm is good enough for close up shots, but I really like the Tokina because it does capture amazing detail if I can get the focus just right. I also had the lens hood on for this shot and I don't think it helped; I probably needed to take it off to capture a bit more light.

I love the rainbow-like light the sunlight shining on the web creates in this!
