Ice-Cap is a Blue female dog who has blacked out eyes. While she is not blind, her sense of sight is very limited. She seems to have Ice Powers of sorts as well and has some ice on her tail.

Due to her odd appearance, Ice-Cap oftentimes likes to pretend to be a fortune teller or a psychic. She usually does this at carnivals or where ever she can set up. Her predictions are so vague that most tree friends are able to apply it to themselves in some way, and will pay her to hear their fortunes.

She's mainly kind to most, so it's unknown why she scams people. It's possible that she just needs the money and doesn't want to get a real job.
