PLEASE FULL VIEW IT, IF YOU DON'T YOUR MISSING THE JOKE ENTIRELY!In Metal Gear Solid 3, many can remember them including such brands as Calorie-Mate, James Bond and Godzilla as a part of the game. Since Konami's decision to make Snake an old man in Metal Gear Solid 4, many ideas have been tossed around. The team finally decided on giving Snake a "Life-Alert" unit since he's old and he's capable of having a heart attack or falling down and not getting up. According to Hideo Kojima, the Life-Alert system will completely revolutionize Metal Gear Solid's gameplay by having a whole separate button for the Life-Alert system, to exactly replicate the Life-Alert using experience. I drew this one with a mouse in Flash and I spent a a couple of nights working on it. ENJOY!!!! ^_^

yes he did, in snake eater, snake had his eye blown out(it was all gorey) and after snake killed the boss, he was promoted to the title of big boss.
