Aha, thanks so much for the comment! 8D As a stalker fan of your GR art that means quite a bit. :3

As for the shippage thing, I'm fairly neutral on pretty much all of the possible canon pairings that've been presented so far in the series.

In my leetle headuniverse, I think Matt and Rex kinda have a love-hate thing on the surface(if he isn't razzing her about her nickname, or her height, trying to goad her into competitions about silly little things... or just pranking her outright), and since Matt's an easy one to fluster / rattle. Though, Rex is sorta working on trying to get her to accept her EVO status instead of the self-loathing she's riddled with because of it. Cause... yeah, she's really kind of ashamed at being an EVO and does her best to try and ignore it instead of embrace it like so many others do. Later on, he and Cesar manage to partially cure her (and by partially cure, they sort of reprogram her nanites to give her a fair bit more control than just allowing her moods to randomly trigger them - they're still pretty unstable though)... Kinda like how Rex helped Abuela's family in Night Falls. Any sort of "fluff" would be subtle at best, since Matt isn't the type to get all clingy... She's afraid of making things awkward.

...And so am I. Haha. At the very least they'll just be good friends. xD;

...Wait, Sailor Mars?! O_o That... had to be interesting! I humored pairing him with Juniper Lee in the Fusionfall universe for the crackyness but never went anywhere with it, myself...

n/p! And since I forgot to mention it before, I like how her human form is fairly plain looking. Nothing overly flashy that screams OMG LOOKIT ME. A lot of EVOs don't live all that well because of what they are, so it's nice to see some clothing that makes sense.

And awww... I like what you've got in terms of ideas. I think Rex would do better with females who aren't clingy, anyway. If he ends up with someone, it's got to be a human or EVO who's independent and tough enough that they can both keep up with him and not require his help all the time. He leads an incredibly hectic and rough life, so it's really "keep up or go your own way and be safe." And I can so see him trying to work with a self-loather like that. He is very much a silver lining, glass half full kind of guy. (And jeez, if you were an LJ RPer, I'd be tempted to beg you for some musebox time. XD; )

Yeah, the way things went, he and Raye started talking over a year ago when she arrived in the city, then a month later he asked her to a Halloween party. They kept dating and a couple more months down the line, became official. They almost broke up once over his memory issues/re-occuring amnesia because he didn't want to lapse and hurt her, but Raye's so stubborn that she wouldn't quit on him. She does well filling that role I mentioned above of a girl who doesn't need to be protected 24/7, since she is Sailor Mars. At the same time, he's not put off by her temper and she knows how to get him back in line when he has his moments of immaturity. It was a relationship that just kind of happened, but it turns out they really foil one another quite well.

LOL, oh dear. XD Yeah, I do think I'd be up for something sometime! Musebox derping if we can come up with a scenario to play out. :3 I've got a musebox of my own set up that we can use if need be. (Six-mun and I have been using it for Soul Eater Gen Rex AU stuff.)

Yeahh, I didn't think an overly detailed or elaborate looking human would be the way to go... about the only odd thing she's got going on are those retro moon boots and the freakydeaky blue eye... >3>; She's supposed to be more of an introverted wallflower, so getting noticed isn't what she wants. XD

I'd expect that there'd be moments of the token "fluff" between the two of 'em, but for the most part it's outwardly a friendship, especially given the fact the world is constantly in chaos thanks to the sort of chaos the world is constantly in with EVOs showing up randomly, New Providence rounding up EVOs on a daily basis, Rex's usual streaks of immaturity / derpyness... you get the drift. Matt isn't clingy because she's one of those firecracker SUUPAR INDEPANDANT!!!1one! types, she's just exceedingly introverted and doesn't actively go seeking attention or companionship as she's very content at being alone most of the time... Which I guess is what would wind up drawing Rex to her anyway? If that makes sense. :I

Ohhh, I totes have a LJ somewhere but I haven't used it in literally almost a decade, never used it for RPing and I'm not quite familiar with Museboxes though... oAo

XD I could totally see Raye hauling off and whacking him upside the head during his token moments of immaturity... Cause let's face it, there are times he really could use a Gibbs-smack. XD

Yeah, it does make sense, since Rex is the sort who sometimes has trouble leaving well enough alone. He gets curious and goes poking around at things, so some introverted EVO who doesn't want to be around people would just make him want to bug her more. Like CLEARLY she needs the friendship because being alone a lot is awful in his opinion. XD Haha, he'd probably be such a pest.

I've got LJ accounts solely for RP, and I keep the musebox on the side in case anyone outside The Wake RP wants to do a little bit of threading/voice testing/etc. Or if anyone in the game wants to do something non-Wake related. It's kind of like a personal sandbox, really.

LOL, well... She hasn't needed to give him a Gibbs-smack yet. Usually the sight and/or sound of Raye getting angry is enough to make Rex realize he's in trouble and check himself. Or start making excuses to wriggle out of being in trouble. (See brief example here - [link] ) After over a year of being together, she's got him pretty well whipped at this point. LMAO.

Aha, yeahhhh, he's kinda persistent like that ain't he? And eventually I think Matt'd just give up trying to avoid him since she's more of a doormat and would just accept the inevitable. xD Of course, after that, Rex would content himself with trying to get her to open up / accept her EVO status / gain a speck of self confidence... Driving her nuts in the process, even though she deeply does enjoy having a friend. 8D Despite the fact said friend can be godawful obnoxious at times.

Hmm, I don't even remember my old password to my LJ, and I dunno if I'd ever do one for a character. xD It's been so long since I've been on it... Sounds like shooting head cannons to me. :> And lol at that LJ link. XD that's awesome.

I had almost thought about starting a Generator Rex RP / Fan group but I didn't have the necessary number of people to keep it alive for more than a day (they automatically get deleted if there are less than like, three), so... yeah. ;A;

A shame too, cause RPing fancharacters in SL would rawk. xD
