Kyogre created oceans for the planet when there was only fire. It filled the craters of the destroyed globe and created countless ecosystems in one fell swoop. It is at odds with Groudon, but cooperates for the sake of the planet. However, over time Kyogre has lost its need to be as strong or as big as it once was. But it can tap into this ancient power…
Primal Kyogre bursts through with the power of the Blue Orb absorbed by Kyogre. Its ancient Forme is double its size. In this Forme it is obvious where the water Kyogre brought to the scored planet comes from. In its body it combines oxygen and hydrogen from separate chambers. It is among the strongest Pokémon of all time.
