Description I realized that I have never drawn a canon before (well I have, but I never uploaded them) so, I thought that I'd draw Arcee from Transformers: Prime. Kind of a quick sketch, but then I fixed it afterwards.

Hope y'all enjoy!

Quite lovely traditional-penciling! I have yet to do much of it myself on Deviantart; I see that this took up a particularly small amount of paper, and it fits the character fairly well as Arcee requires thick lines of both dark grey and white for her small but fairly noticeable flexible metal lips.

The shadowing of her cheek below the optics as well as the optics themselves are well-positioned for your style; I admire the depth of this, as well as the downward-spiraling metal curves by her chin and at the sides of her facial area.

Keep up the good work; and for the matter, how many HB-sizes [in graphite pencils] do you usually use for your work? I'd like to know, as I'm young in the work of graphite sketches and pieces. ^ ^

Wow, thank you for this descriptive comment! I really appreciate it and I'm glad you like it.

I mainly use H or 2H, 2B, and 6B pencils. For me, they work but it all depends on the person and how they use it. If you have a pack of graphite pencils, try each one of them out and see which ones you'd probably use more or achieve the most on.

Thank you for the tip, as well as the answer; I enjoy a good charcoal/pencil artist. There are too many artists out there that only use the pack of pencils they happened to find on the ground at school, and then post a five-minute doodle without even toggling with the photo quality.

Keep up the work, and good day!
