Its my special way of training. I go through the first dungeon until I have conquered it (conquered meaning having every Pokemon from that dungeon on your team and being able to beat the wild ones with one normal attack) then the second one, then the third... and so on and so forth. I'm up to about Sinister Woods there.

In my Blue version, we got all of the Friendship Areas! We can get every Pokemon now!
