This was a contest entry for Serebii's Fakemon Club. Lost horribly, but I like it This is a rushed picture to get the design uploaded since pictures weren't allowed. The conditions were to make an Ice/Electric Pokemon I think.

Name: Yukinari (Yuki, Japanese for snow, and Kaminari, Japanese for either Thunder or Lightning, I forget ^^)
Type: Ice/Electric (duh )
Ability: Lightning Rod/Ice Body
Description: Like I said before, it's a snake. It's made of ice and is mostly seethrough. Like, seethrough enough so that you can see the electricity in its veins. It has a lightning bolt shape on its head, in the area where its ears would be. And lastly, there are two orbs on its tail, Dragonair style. The larger orb is lightning-yellow, the smaller orb is icy-blue.
Signature Move: Frozen Bolt
Electric type, 100% Accuracy
Yukinari wraps its opponent in ice then uses it as a conductor for a thunderbolt-like attack.
Power: 90, 10% chance of freezing
20 PP

Frozen Bolt is interesting because I made it that way BD It's an electric-type move because the electricity does the actual damage, but it can freeze because the foe is basically wrapped in ice and sometimes Yukinari gets excited. :<
