i have found a 1024x768 on google and rescaled it with CS4...edited the colors and you see the result..

It looks great for an upscale...
Is it easy to just do that in CS4? Or is there a lot of work involved to make it lood good at a higher res?

Sorry to hassle you but that just looks brilliant at such a resolution. My old lower-res pictures don't look as good on my new TV, you see

in my opinion its realy easy to upscale things in CS4
the only thing you need is to change the pixels per inch,rescale, and than sharpen some edges if they are not as good as you want.

its about 5-10 minutes work.

Try it and you will see that its not a big deal.
