does the most amazing reference guides and she inspired me to have a go at making myself a proper ULTIMATE reference guide XD I tried not to copy her's and make mine as original as possible but I will not deny that I got inspiration from hers

I still need to add some stuff but this is it for now *phew* comments are always appreciated!

How she got her cutie mark/meaning:
Well as usual I was staying up late with my brother Shooting Star. We had just gotten into an argument with mum and dad but I can't quite remember why, we used to argue a lot... To cheer me up Star would always star gaze with me telling me "We just need room to shine! Just remember Cloudy, that for the stars to shine, it needs to be dark first. You can make it through anything if you just remember that". But on that frosty night the sky was fogged over completely and covered with clouds, we couldn't see a thing! Star being the hefty hooved colt that he is can't handle clouds so there was nothing he could do. I couldn't accept that the stars weren't there, they just needed room to shine! In frustration I flew up as high as I could and made it my task to clear the sky. I pushed clouds to the side and used my wings to blow away the fog as well as I could but from where I was I still couldn't see anything. After flying back down to the balcony in defeat Star was just staring up at the sky smiling. In the midst of the fog and clouds there was one patch of clear sky and one star in the middle of it shining as bright as ever. "You did it little sis, thanks to you that star can show of it's beauty for all the ponies to see. You gave it the room it needed to shine" and with that my cutie mark appeared The star not behind the cloud in my cutie mark represents the lone star that was shining that night. It represents hidden potential/beauty as there are still three stars hidden behind a cloud.
