I was wondering how you got yours on your DS? I have the same DS, but just having trouble getting several charms on it?

Haha; alright.
Well, you see the gameslot in the back, right? Try sliding your string into one of the holes. You've probably noticed it's not going to come out by now, so you'll need a pen or a needle ( or anything thin ) to scoop it out. Once you have, slip the charm through the loop you've managed to pull out; pull the charm, and voila!
As for multiple charms, mine have little hooks on them, so I just opened the hook and slipped it onto the first loop. >w<
