Fullview, please! | ...I told you there would be more artsies!
And so soon, too! In all honesty I was working on this painting in tandem with my other most recent work, so in the end I finished them roughly at the same time. But anyway, I'm finally continuing with my hybrid animal challenge. The first one in the series was the Chinese Dragon & Red Fox hybrid I did:
Not surprisingly, I picked this one over other suggestions because it was so darned cute. I've actually reworked this piece several times over in the last few months - the first iteration was too realistic, and this time I felt like painting something a little more character driven. Basically, this little guy is fat, round, happy and mango-obsessed, hence his little pot belly. He's probably not that realistic or true to either species as my first hybrid was - he was actually meant to have onyx gemstones, but that somehow got lost in the design process... XD Ah well, I got too carried away with his joyous mango capture.
Other than that, I have no idea what my upcoming works are. Probably going to try and finish my LoK badge set [even though most of paintings I've already done irk me...], but I might squeeze in some more stuff before Sydnova. If I don't collapse first.
Anyway, enough of my ranting.

I see many mangoes in the background, and I suspect this adorable little fella may not be able to fly for a bit after a mango binge, but at least he'll be very happy! XD
