Description Here's my half of my trade with I like how the background turned out on this on. It's not a full background, but it's better than nothing. I hope he likes it

I hope I didn't make her look to wolf-like. I realize the pose looks somewhat similar to one of pics (one of a wolf looking at a raven resting on her hand) which was unintentional. But oh well.

Oh good gods, that is AMAZING!
I really love the coloring, whatever colors you used for her fur are PERFECT! What brand of pencils do you use? My prismacolors I could never find a perfect color for her fur.
I love the flow of her mane, and the feathers with it too! I really like the sort of cape cloth around her, it really looks good on her! And very much inspires me to try drawing RedFeather in one myself. :3
I love the way you drew her face markings too. Gee, RedFeather just looks so awesome in your syle!
I very much like the background too, definently a place you would find her. I really like the way you shade snow. And the snow on the tree, thats so awesome!
BIRDY! I love birds, wish I could draw them, but I suck at it, hehe.
I'm just so in awe of this drawing. Its so amazing! I love it!
My half is sketched, by the way, but I need to finish up two commissions before I color it. But I'll probably get it done sometime soon, I'm really liking my half so far, so it will be a quick process once I get started on coloring!
I was wondering too, if we could maybe exchange our peices through the mail when I have completed my half? Tell me what you think

Wow, I am sooo glad you love it. I'm glad you like the background. I am quite proud of how the background turned out. As for the bird... I"m not so sure I can draw them, but it turned out ok. I use prismacolors, I just kinda layered a few browns and a deep purple shade to get her fur that color. I'm glad I chose a good background for your character.

As for the cape... I just love doing cloth, I had to add one in there. I'm really glad you like it.

I would love to do our trade through the mail. that would bee cool. I have all my pics put away somewhere safe, so I can send mine to you. you can note me your addresss to send it to you. I can wait to mail it to your half is done if you want.

I can' wait to see your half. *jumps around* I love your style too.

and the folds in the cloak are really well done (thats one thing i need practice with, drawing folds in clothing )

Thanks. Fabric isn't too hard once you understand shape and value (didn't understand it herself untill she took a life drawing course) Just practice and you'll get teh hang of it

^^ i think it's good no matter what ..i mean you may say it looks like golden but then again... different details and like you said you didn't knwo till you colored it i done poses where it looked like a copied someone but i didnt' have no intentions of it till the last minute where i see it done.

Practice practice practice. I was like you once (and you are still very good)... about 8 months ago.. then I took a life drawing class.. helped me alot.
