Instead of finishing commissions, I'm making pointless chatacters
She's a cynical, arrogant and sullen creature, who takes pleasure in using her 'phsycic' to harm others.
But she is rather weak, and the worst she can really do is lift you up with phsycic abilities and throw you about a meter away.
So y'know, she's easy to beat. But Chime thinks other wise, and normally takes on opponents much stronger then her. Probably why she ends up getting injured so many times. xD
I love making these things up on the spot. xD;;
