A wonderfully framed record of a gorgeous scene.
The sunlight on the trees towards the rear contrasted with the shade on the right gives the picture both depth and variety of texture.
The elements of the photo are nicely balanced with all adding to the impact and none overpowering it.
The bridge and its reflection add movement to the image and the foliage on the surface of the water in the foreground helps lend the image a relaxing quality.
If there is anything that detracts it is perhaps a bit too green. The tones are lovely, but the it could benefit from other colours getting more of a look in by toning down the green slightly (not too much, just a few points).
But that is just a matter of personal taste.
It is a fine image as is and I am grateful to the photographer for sharing it with us.

To start, I am a nature lover and a traveler, and I read your description. Sadly, in my travels abroad, I never got to Romania.
The scenery is bright and abundantly green, suggesting a warmer climate than winter. The bridge and the waterway under it add to the overall charm of the park. You captured the reflection splendidly too. I suppose that is algae or other cellular objects floating on the surface. Another good suggestion of the natural in this photograph. A final observation is that the sunlight appears to shine down from the left; I cannot be sure from which direction. A charming scene.
