I finally got around to Cirrus' base.
I'm happy. I like how the wings came out.I do realize his facial features are difficult to see on dA's background. I'm not fixing that
They show up when you save it and open it.
That's the important part.As with Nelly, this base is free for use if it's for my OC. Meaning it's not yours.

"Original Character" as in, he isn't anyone else's. I created Cirrus on my own, thus he is my own original creation and a character=original character=OC.
