Despite what it looks like, this is not about romantic love for a Pokemon. Several years ago I heard this song somewhere containing the phrase "forever and a day," and this made me think of gardevior. Some of gardevior's features appear very dress like, and this seemingly white flowing dress reminds me of a gentry woman. When such women are courted, their suitors/dates will often be very polite and sometimes speak romantically. The phrase sounds romantic, and that's how this sketch came to be.Related content

I was a song I heard on an oldies station late one night. A woman was singing it with instruments playing softly in the background. I tried to find the song soon after, but was never able to. I'm guessing it could have been pretty obscure, considering it was playing late at night.
