I couldn't think of a title |D But eventually I triumph!This dragon was NOT based on the whiptail lizard, but since it's teal, it kind of reminds me of one... hence the title ;u; I've never actually seen a whiptail in person, but I wish I could, they're pretty~
Anyway, this started when I randomly drew a dragon in math last year xD I scanned it and fixed it up in Photoshop CS, took about 4 hours because I work slowly
It's a girl if you're wondering xD
