If you mean the star looking object, it's called a double merkabah or two tetrahedrons joined together.

Ah, yes! Was so caught up in the Giraud-ish imagery I all but forgot it actually is a traditional form.

Try without thinking and become aware of your breath as you breath in and out, is one way.
Listen to Eckhart Tolle, he's pretty good at it seemingly.
