The small, striped cat trudged through the familiar territory. The smells filled his nose, nostalgia flooding his heart. It felt like a lifetime ago that he was last here, despite only being a few months. Many months really, roughly eight months. A couple new smells came to him, and soon the sight of Ice gladiators. Well, and gladiator and their apprentice. He was lead home, somewhat enjoying the silent company. He could feel their eyes examining him, his new appearance being an attention grabber. Soon enough, the made their way into the camp. A larger black leopard with a bad eye ran to him, a crowd forming. “He’s alive!” He heard one shout. “He must’ve gotten lost, I thought he didn’t make it.” Said another. All of a sudden, a blur of tan and brown came running. “Osprey!” She called, launching her body onto his. “Hasina?” He was caught off guard, thinking she wouldn’t touch him considering his changed appearance. “I can’t believe it, you’re alive!” A tear dropped onto his face, and soon they were both crying.
