Hello everybody! Sorry for not being around, but I´ve been very busy!!I finally found some time to create new fractals!!
This is a simple piece, but it´s different from everything I have done!!
It has a Japanese feeling!! ^^

great concept here! i love the idea, overall, and it's almost perfectly executed, but the "almost" makes me want to offer a piece of my mind and i hope you don't mind me. if you do, please do hide my comment and i apologize in advance
two things that disturb me : the color of the cherry blossoms is way too bright to look anywhere near natural, a lighter and less saturated pink instead of a psychedelic magenta would've fit the concept much better imho. also, the way you did the branches becomes sort of disturbing to the eyes in the full view because at places it looks like a blur instead of an intentional attempt at displacing the "branch" to make it look thicker. perhaps if you made one of the two copies a dark grey it would look like a shadow and still achieve your goal. and just maybe make the lines of the "building" really solid instead of gradually fading borders, which should give it a real japanese calligraphy feel even in the full view.
again, i hope you don't mind me posting this here, just wanted to share my opinion on how this could be improved.

The colors on the blossoms are too pink, you´re right!! Then I´ll try to make a brighter pink, with a dark color in the middle! ^^
About the branches, there´s only 1 layer so I didn´t duplicate the layer to create that effect, this "weird effect" came with the formlua I used! I tried to remove that blurry effect from the formula but I couldn´t find how to do it!! =/
I guess I will play with the parameters again to take that effect off!!
