I was totally devastated when Gohan didn't turn out to be the predecessor of Goku as the main protagonist after he turned into a SSJ2. I was imagining him to turn into the Gohan from future Trunks timeline, but a SSJ2 version. However, fans with Goku fetish had to go and fuck it all up and make everyone a SSJ2.
