Hiccup: "Wait...what's going on?"

was gifted my kiriban and asked for a future scene in the Hitchups universe. He wanted Toothless introducing Hiccup to his drove.

Toothless was captured in the Death's control web several decades ago. This is his first reuinion with his drove since then. They're surprised at seeing Toothless again, but they're dumbfounded that he brought a human. They're also a bit freaked out to see such a pale-skinned human, having mostly seen those of Inuit descent.

Here is some Night Fury background information I came up with for the story:
They are known as TatqiqKivgaq which translates into Moon Servants. They are a nocturnal, migratory breed of dragon. They have two seasons: A Resting Spell, in which they reside in the North Pole in the months when there is no sun, and a Roving Spell where they follow the moon around the world until they make it back to the North. Their age is determined by their scale color; hatchlings are bright blue, fully mature Night Furies are black, and elder dragon scales will grey. Toothless is still slightly blue, so he's a teenager/young adult. They avoid light at all cost, often regaling hatchlings with stories of how their scales will shrivel up and their bodies will burn into nothing if they stayed in the light for too long. It was actually to keep the "blue ones" from wandering from the drove .
I won't even get into the mating rituals.

I had to look up a Night Fury tutorial online because drawing dragons is not my thing. I actually think they turned out much better than I anticipated.

Hiccup was easier to do. That's the Hiccup doll winter get-up. I debated on his hair and decided if he's not flying he'd probably leave it down to keep himself warm. It was kind of hard drawing it down because I kept imagining it tangled from all the wind that's surely blowing. My imagination is obnoxious.

This was done in place of doing my modules...so I'm even further behind in my work than I should be. I'm a bad, self-indulgent person and I deserve all the bad consequences that follow.
