Well in Europe nothing really major happened aside from the deaths of a few major kings like Louis IV of the Carolingian Dynasty. Β The Viking leader Rollo also signed a peace treaty with King Charles III making him a vassal to the Franks. Β Meanwhile in Africa and the Middle East many territories were coming under the rule of the Islamic Fatamid Caliphate which continued the Golden Age tradition of advocating widespread religious tolerance and scientific study. Β Other than that, 911 was a bit of an uneventful year if I must be honest.
