I don't understand either, though that's probably because I don't think I'm any good at drawing cities. Β I mean, the angles are off, the perspective is atrocious, etc.

It's not about how the perspective or angles are bad. It's about how the effort and detail in the drawing was able to distract me from even paying attention to the bad things. Art doesn't have to be perfect. That's what makes art interesting, how something not that perfect can look amazing. <3 <3
