I have a serious, almost crippling problem with this fun little fact. Jacob is such a fucking asshole throughout this entire book, and yet, there are no repercussions.That's tantamount to saying that kids can indulge their self-pity, hate, anger, etc., and nothing will come of it except a well deserved happy ending!
