Depends on the person you ask. For my version of Borrowers, they sew their own clothes using scraps of cloth that they find, or use discarded doll clothes, etc. Borrower!Frisk is pretty good at making and repairing stuff, so she usually makes her own clothes.

No problem.

Would that include boots? Because for my version, there are only a few cobblers in a borrower community, and even then borrower kids don’t get shoes until they stop growing (around 14 or so).

Admittedly, I haven't thought of boots and shoes a whole lot. I have my Borrower kids wear shoes, though Frisk's boots are out of view in this drawing so you can't see them, but I'd say that they use bits of leather and thin wire perhaps to make their boots. I'll have to think more on it, heh! Thanks for the question! ^^

No problem. I personally think it’d make sense for the borrower kids to go barefoot- that way, they won’t stray far from home.

That's a good point! I hadn't thought of that. Part of the reason I started drawing them with boots was to avoid drawing feet, heheh.

By the way, at some point in the future (hopefully soon!) I'll be making a little askblog for my Borrower!Frisk and Borrower!Chara, and it'll be called Ask the Tiny Fallen Humans. If you're interested, I'll let you know when it's up and send you a link! ^^

Cool! Well, to start off, I’d suggest making a rounded boot shape, but instead of drawing a heel, draw four lines at the front. Those will separate them into toes.
