Vector may not be the right word. I would sketch things out first and then fix it digitally.
May I ask why are you asking me? Are you trying to look for a program to draw with?

Well I use Procreate and use the binary pen or sai like brushes for it

I typically like using my iPad since it is easier and because I get out of the house alot
unless there is a way I can put those into the iPad, then I canβt use those products
