Being a uni student is boring for poor Ava, but thankfully she has a place to do her sleuthing work...

In basement floor of her accomodation, are several disussed rooms that were originally meant to be for students to stay in. But when the uni had to cut the rennovations due to cost concerns, a lot of them were left empty. Ava, with help of her good friend Meggy Lynch, managed to break in, with Ava creating an office space of her own!
