So, I assume James and Sirius din't pay attention while showing off in front of some girls (or got sabotaged by some Slytherins?), Lily and Mary managed it together and are happy with their results, Peter is just relieved that Remus did the job for him and Severus is just awesome all by himself ^^

This is wonderfully dynamic and also shows us a snapshot in time. Great job drawing each little potion station. I love each of your renditions of these characters especially Severus.Β
I love how you laid the pictures out in kind of a example of extremes. With James and Sirius' potion clearly in chaos (and obviouslyΒ not what the desired and expected result for the lesson Β ) being one extreme. With both Lily and Mary's and Peter and Remus' potions being the expected norm. And, of course Severus' attempt is not just the desired potion, but the better and quicker rendition of it: an example of the best and orderly extreme of potions class. Just awesome job all around Β .Β

I like how Sirius and James's potion is all bubbly and dangerous-looking and they'e just like "Hmmm..."

Sirius is thinking, "Screwed up again, Prongs? Oh well, potions are for girls."
Lily is thinking, "I wonder what kind of stirring-pattern Sev is using. It looks like trefoil, but Borage says to use figure-eight. All my potions have been second-rate since I teamed up with Mary.Β I used to think I was good at this."
Peter is thinking, "I don't dare tell them I actually LIKE brewing. I wish I could pair up with Snivellus. He always does such cool stuff. But they'd skin me alive!"
Severus is thinking, "Figure-eight stirring-pattern? Borage is such a dunderhead!"

Haha love this! Mind you, James and Sirius were supposed to be the geniuses at school. Has Snivellus thrown something in their pot?

They're brilliant, but showoff-y. I decided they're probably not absolute tops at potions as well (as opposed to Lily, who was known to be fantastic, as Snape was). So with those two things combined - I came up with this situation for them.
