But everytime I play the game I can't stop choosing Fenris as the Romance because it's just too awesome X3

bahahaha, my thoughts exactly. When I played DA2 the first time I didn't do that quest, so playing it a second time I finally decided to do it... and HOLY HOT ELF!!! Damn, if I knew a hot slave elf was waiting at the end of that quest it would have been the first thing done on my list.
And funny enough my second DA character is a male mage... fufufu so I'm not too disappointed that it wasn't with my female rogue... this might even be better.

hahaha I found Fenris before I started playing the game cause my dad was playing it and I was like: O_O And I looked up online what quest he was in, and that was like the first one I did.

It could be plausible that BioWare made Fenris for the female players. I've noticed that RPG's are really popular among the female gamer population (not to say that it's all and only females, but perhaps a large bulk) so it doesn't come to a surprise that they decide to make a sexy and broody elf-slave to breed a wave of fangirls.

I'm just speculating. It feels like they gave the players Morrigan in the first one (Zevran is too much of a nympho to count), this time around you have many options of good looking, tormented and/or witty characters. Mainly they introduce Fenris for all the female (or male) gamers who want a sort of byronic love interest in the storyline/gameplay.
I'm just babbling now. I'll stop.
