Name: Chilfos
Debut: Twilight Princess
Bio: Chilfos are entities of skellital bodies of glowing ice. They are among tougher enemies not for their durability but because of their quick and powerful attacks, involving throwing javalins of ice at Link or simply stabbing him. In icy areas it is advisable to watch where you're going as they hang from the cielings in cocoons of ice and will drop when Link is close by. Possibly the biggest reason Chilfos are hard to defeat is that they almost always apear in groups and due to their quick attacks and the slow methods it takes to defeat them they can be quite iritating. These methods consist of two bomb arows, one will destroy their protective javaline the other the Chilfos itself. Another method is one hit with the painfully slow ball and chain which will shatter them instantly. The sword also works providing they do not have a javalin in hand. These creatures are found in the freezing Snowpeak Ruins and in the lower levels of the cave of ordeals and have a satisfying "drop to the knees and shatter" death animation.
