"Absolute Zero Chill" Lifebar Mod

Credits: GODLIKE for his HUD win counters (and using his anti edge cap graphics found in his T7 Vanilla FR Lifebar mod)
This mod changes your lifebar to contain a "ice-based" visual; the damage effect is supposed to be fire "thawing" away the ice.
