Yes, it is Luigi and he can now control lightning/electricity. Now, he will join his brother in the epic battle to end Bowser!Doing this was not a part of my plan to do this when I was finished with Mario, bu they are brothers so...I thought of it not long ago and thought it would be sick, so here it is. How awesome would it be if this was his final smash?

Let Mario keep the fire, Lightning is much better. Not only do you fry them but you force the persons nervous system to feel it all over their body with a chance of giving them a heart attack and disrupting the brain. With fire the nervous are destroyed so the don't feel themselves cooking.
Always prefer Luigi over Mario, always felt he never got the coverage and respect he should.
